Divisions and regular season schedule notes (plan accordingly!):
- Serie A and Serie B – 7 teams each. Each team will have six (6) regular season games and a BYE, followed by a single-elimination playoff bracket (2 playoff games or 1 playoff game + a consolation game).

Playoffs (tentative schedule): Plan accordingly!

Important note: the tentative dates and times for the various playoff games are provided at the start of the season to give players as much notice as possible so that they may plan accordingly given that teams are limited to their rosters for playoffs. Each season, teams are impacted by conflicts (e.g., work, vacation, travel, etc.), injuries, and unexpected things that prevent roster players from being able to play in playoff games. These instances do not warrant exceptions** to be made to the Roster Policy. Teams are expected to plan accordingly when putting together their roster, and teams must do the best they can with their final roster come playoff time.
^Dates, times and/or venues may change slightly depending on number of teams and field availability. In the case of inclement weather or any other conflict preventing play, the regular season and/or playoffs may be contracted, including the number of teams that make the playoffs, but all teams will be scheduled for the eight (8) guaranteed games.
ºHistorically, in a division of 9 teams, only the top 6 would make the finals. However, because the A and B divisions (from Summer) have largely been combined, the playoffs are being expanded for this season to give more teams an opportunity to make the playoffs.
**In light of this being a recreational league, several exceptions have been incorporated into the rules. These exceptions are intended as “safeguards” to ensure that no team is unreasonably burdened by circumstances; they are not meant as a measure of convenience or expediency for any given team. For instance, teams are limited to their rosters for playoffs, but are permitted to use a NR goalie for playoffs (since a team is not expected to roster more than one goalie). However, exceptions granted by the League are not all-encompassing; the League must (1) grant the exception and (2) approve any replacement pursuant to that exception.
