The below discounts and promotional offers are in effect for Summer ’26:
Note: Promotional offers are not guaranteed to continue for future seasons and are subject to change from one season to the next. Players are responsible for paying the correct amount, especially if they opt to avoid a service fee and pay via Venmo. No discounts will be applied retroactively, including to players who neglect to take advantage of any discounts listed below.
Captains’ discount. As a token of appreciation for their efforts as Captains in the League, a team’s Captain will get a $50 discount. To get the discount, the team’s Captain should Venmo the appropriate League fee, reduced by the $50 discount. Captains are welcome to split this savings with their A.C., apply it toward referee fees, use it toward a team outing, or however else they see fit.
Note: This offer will remain available beyond this season as long as BCRP’s field cost increase remains suspended. Discount does not apply to a Free Agent team put together by the League. A team that was formerly a Free Agent team that registers as a team is not considered a Free Agent team.
Female player discount. Female players will continue to receive a $10 discount. To get the discount, Venmo payments may reduce the League fee by $10; female players (only) paying via Areena should use the discount code “26FEMALE”.
Multi-Team discount. All players are expected to pay the normal registration rates when submitting payment. Players on multiple teams will continue to receive a $10.00 discount for each team beyond the 1st team. To get the discount, these players don’t need to do anything; they can expect to receive a refund of the discounted amount prior to the start of the season.
Lock-In* “Early” Registration Rate. A team that registers 15 players by the Early Registration deadline (5/14) will lock in the “early” rate for the rest of registration.
Lock-In* $10 discount (through 5/31). A team that registers 10 players by the Early Registration deadline (5/14) will receive a “virtual $10 off” for any player who registers for their team through May 31.
Note: The lock-in $10 discount’s timing and limitation are intended to incentivize players to register earlier rather than later, while still offering flexibility to players and teams who need additional time to pay.
*To get the “locked-in” discount:
- Teams: the appropriate number of players must be paid and on the Areena app by the early registration deadline.
Note: locked-in amounts do not apply to a team that has one or more Free Agents assigned to the team, unless that team already has the requisite number of players to be eligible for the discount before taking the Free Agent players into consideration.
- Players:
- Paying via Venmo. Players should submit the then current registration amount, reduced by any applicable discount.
- Paying via Areena. Captains will need to request a discount code from the League, which they can share with such players.
